We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious boutique hotel. The location in the Palermo neighborhood was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help and offer recommendations. The room was impeccably clean and the housekeeping service was top-notch. We also appreciated the laundry service, which made our stay even more convenient. The hotel amenities were impressive, from the beautiful terrace to the well-appointed rooms with all the necessary amenities. The in-room safe and mini-bar were particularly useful. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options, including freshly squeezed orange juice and tasty pastries.

Vain Boutique Hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to the best restaurants in Palermo. You can take a short walk to the Botanical garden, which is my favorite site in the city. The rooms are comfortable with spotless sheets and a dead quiet ambiance, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooftop terrace provides a great place to unwind with a glass of wine after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning system can be a bit difficult to adjust properly, causing some struggle in finding the perfect temperature in the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palermo neighborhood for 9 days and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is in a great area, surrounded by interesting shops, restaurants, and bars. It's the perfect location for those who want to explore the vibrant district of Palermo. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. From the kind and helpful front desk staff to the pleasant kitchen staffer, everyone was friendly and attentive. The attention to detail was also fantastic, from the large and well-appointed rooms to the delicious breakfast served until late morning. I especially loved the lovely rooftop deck where I could unwind and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. the value for money here is exceptional and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent staff - most spoke some English and all were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Great location, nice area and close to metro. lovely lounge room on 2nd floor with relaxation area and free internet. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Other guests were sometimes very noisy coming in late at night.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Vain Boutique. The comfortable bed and spotless sheets made for a peaceful night's sleep, despite being near a busy road. The boutique hotel's convenient location near excellent restaurants was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
